About us
The Mission Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC) was established in 1893. We are a member-driven organization made up of over 300 businesses and local organizations in the region. The Chamber is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated under the Federal Board of Trade Act. Our mission is to be the resource of choice for businesses and organizations in our community.
Our boardroom
The building was completed in 2001 but was renovated in 2019. Our boardroom is located just east of Mission's downtown on Lougheed Highway #7 and features 9 tables, 15 chairs, a kitchenette, whiteboards, and TV.
The boardroom capacity is approximately 20 people with 15 chairs.
Boardroom equipment
There are 2 whiteboards, a 48-inch television, audio equipment, and a projector screen. A flipchart is available for an additional rental charge.
All tables and chairs have wheels and can be freely moved for your convenience to set up the boardroom in any way to fit your group's needs.
Kitchenette
Our boardroom kitchenette features a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, two 10-cup coffee machines, water kettle, silverware, glass mugs, cups, and plates for your use. We just ask that you clean up after yourselves and wash any dishes used.
