Westminister Abbey
Perhaps Mission's most famous landmark, this beautiful monastery attracts thousands of visitors annually. Westminster Abbey is elevated 180 metres above the Fraser River, on a 200 acre site that includes the Abbey's grounds, farm and seminary campus. The views from the Abbey seem to stretch forever, providing a panoramic view of the Fraser Valley. The Benedictine monks who reside at the Abbey welcome visitors inside the chapel on Sundays from 2 pm to 4 pm and on weekdays from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
