Or if you’re feeling adventurous, embark upon the 18 km loop around Hayward Lake which takes over four hours to complete and features a waterfall on Steelhead. The Stave Dam Forest offers a 45 minute interpretive loop that winds through a naturally regenerated forest with spectacular views. There are many other trails accessible to hikers of all levels in the Mission area.

Join Fraser River Safari on a journey into discovering the Fraser River's remarkable history. This 9.5 hectare park is known for its spectacular waterfall which drops 30 meters into a large pool then continues on as Cascade Creek. There are several large pools in the boulder strewn creek and a 15 minute walk leads from the parking lot to a viewing platform next to the falls. Head 14 km down Sylvester Road then turn right onto Ridgeview Road.
