Mission Destination Highlight
Fraser River Heritage Park
Fraser River Heritage Park is the site of many community events such as the Envision Twilight Concert Series, every Wednesday and Friday throughout the summer. In July, it is the location of the annual Canada Day celebrations as well as the Mission Folk Music Festival. The park is visited regularly by local residents for the sheer enjoyment of the setting.The park offers spectacular views of the Fraser Valley and the Blackberry Kitchen restaurant. The park is also home to the historic ruins of St. Mary's Mission and Indian Residential School.
